I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel's attention to detail. The rooms, just like shown on the website pictures, were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist. The location was perfect, within walking distance of everything in the Magnificent Mile. The inclusion of thick blankets was a nice touch, keeping me warm during my stay. Additionally, breakfast was included and served at the on-site restaurant.

I couldn't find any major issues during my stay. Everything was just fine.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. They made me feel welcomed and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the swimming pool, workout gym, and rooftop terrace. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of everything I wanted to visit downtown. It was so close to many shops, restaurants, Navy Pier, the River Walk, and Millennium Park. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the breakfast was delicious. the staff and the convenient location were the best aspects of my stay.

The doorman at the Courtyard was very welcoming and made us feel like VIP guests from the moment we arrived. The clean and modern lobby gave a 5-star impression right away. The rooms were spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including USB ports and free Wi-Fi. The location was perfect, just a block away from the river and a short walk to The Magnificent Mile. We enjoyed exploring the neighborhood with its abundance of nice restaurants and bars. The linens in the rooms were of great quality, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. I highly recommend this Marriott Courtyard.

I recently stayed at Courtyard in Chicago for a few nights. The purpose of my trip was to explore the city and attend a conference. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Igor who assisted me with my reservation and credit card approval. The location of the hotel was ideal, close to many attractions and easy to get around. The renovated rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. Despite the construction, the staff ensured that any issues with electricity were promptly resolved. The hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, even allowing me to have a late check-out due to a flight delay. the service provided by the staff was excellent and I will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

The staff at this hotel was exceptional, from the front desk agents to the door and parking attendants. They were so friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for nearby attractions and restaurants. The room itself was in excellent condition, clean, and cozy, with everything in working order. The location of the hotel was incredibly convenient, close to the river and within walking distance of major attractions.

Loved the helpful and friendly staff who were available 24/7 to answer our questions. They even provided us with complimentary shower supplies that we had forgotten. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to Nordstroms and Northbridge Mall. Plus, the hotel had an amazing view!

Disliked the noise from our neighbors on Friday night. Additionally, it would have been nice to have a free breakfast option, even if it was a limited menu.

Our recent stay at the Courtyard in River North was fantastic! We stayed for 14 nights and it was our first extended hotel stay, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The staff, especially Peter and Michelle, were always friendly and helpful. The room, with a sofa bed for our two kids, was the perfect size and very comfortable. The hair dryer provided was exceptional, a rarity in hotels. The separate sink outside the bathroom was a great feature for our family of four. The location was ideal, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and attractions. The complimentary breakfast with delicious donuts was the cherry on top!
