I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel's attention to detail. The rooms, just like shown on the website pictures, were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist. The location was perfect, within walking distance of everything in the Magnificent Mile. The inclusion of thick blankets was a nice touch, keeping me warm during my stay. Additionally, breakfast was included and served at the on-site restaurant.

We loved the location of the hotel, around the downtown and within walking distance of everything we wanted to visit. We were also thrilled to be so close to the river and the fire station for an adventurous stay. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and all necessary amenities, including a fridge and Netflix. The staff was attentive and welcoming, ready to assist us with anything we needed.

One thing to keep in mind is that the noise level could be quite high at night due to the proximity to emergency vehicles passing by regularly.
