The hotel is conveniently located near the Old Port, with easy access to a bar and restaurant. The staff is professional and the security measures are good. The beaches and pools at the hotel are also great.

Felt very well looked after, nothing to complain about.

We had a fantastic time at the hotel! The pools were clean and well-maintained, and the security made us feel safe. We especially loved that there was a pool for our toddler too. The location right by the beach was perfect, and the beds were comfortable. we had a great stay and would definitely visit again.

This hotel is right on a beautiful beach, with crystal clear pools and spacious rooms with a good view. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast included is a great bonus.

No major issues, everything was ok.

The best aspects of our stay were the access to the spa swimming pool and ocean front. the music on Sunday evening was excellent and the buffet was okay for the price. the beds were very comfortable and the television had a great variety of channels. the balcony view was also awesome.

The worst aspects of our stay were the lack of towels in the bathroom. We only received two shower towels and there were no hand towels, hair towels, or any other towels to use.

Convenient beachfront location, clean rooms and pools. Friendly staff and safe environment. Coffee provided in room and lobby. Good restaurant with happy hour. No resort fee.

Nothing could have been better.

We had a fantastic stay at a beachfront hotel. The location was perfect, right on the beach, offering easy access to water sports and other activities. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, including the two pools. We felt safe with the presence of security staff everywhere, even at night. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The price was very fair and the staff was friendly. the two nice pools were a bonus. the location was key as it offered wonderful views of the Sea of Cortez. We also enjoyed the simplicity of the hotel, which added to its charm.

One downside was the beach experience. the beach had a lot of rocks, which was not ideal.

Courtyard and pool area were pretty. The rooms were clean with comfy beds and a mini fridge. Restaurant staff was helpful and breakfast was great. Walking distance to the beach. Taxi service was friendly.

Nothing, all great.

The hotel was in a great location, right on a beautiful beach. It was also close enough to walk to town for dinner, which was super convenient. the pools and hot tubs were clean and enjoyable, and I appreciate the effort the hotel puts into maintaining the grounds. the security detail was top-notch, making me feel safe throughout my stay.

There were a few negatives to my experience. there was construction going on in the room next to mine for the first three days of my stay.

I recently stayed at Playa Bonita for a few days and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect for me as I wanted easy access to the beach, and being able to walk back to my room whenever I needed was great. The staff, including Abed and Lorena, were exceptional and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. My room had a fantastic view of the ocean from the balcony, and I loved relaxing in the large and inviting hot tub. Another highlight was the delightful music performed by Juleo on the patio of the adjacent restaurant.

I do recommend this hotel.

For dads, it would be great if the hotel offered more organized activities or a dedicated play area for children.

playa bonita resort in puerto penasco exceeded my expectations during this luxurious holiday. the staff was super friendly and always available to help. the sound of the birds in the courtyard and the working air conditioner added to the pleasant experience.

Lobby reconstruction made it a little warm.
