playa bonita resort in puerto penasco exceeded my expectations during this luxurious holiday. the staff was super friendly and always available to help. the sound of the birds in the courtyard and the working air conditioner added to the pleasant experience.

No major issues, everything was ok.

The best aspects of our stay were the access to the spa swimming pool and ocean front. the music on Sunday evening was excellent and the buffet was okay for the price. the beds were very comfortable and the television had a great variety of channels. the balcony view was also awesome.

The worst aspects of our stay were the lack of towels in the bathroom. We only received two shower towels and there were no hand towels, hair towels, or any other towels to use.

The location right on the beach was perfect. The cleaning staff went above and beyond, even when I forgot to remove the "do not clean this room" sign. The beach was amazing, and the sunset view with Rigo singing romantic songs in the background was unforgettable. The food, drinks, and fun-loving employees made my stay exceptional.

We got great value for our money at Playa Bonita Resort. The room was perfect, with comfy beds and excellent water pressure and temperature. The hotel's beachfront location was fantastic, with easy access to pools, restaurants, the Malecon, and the supermarket. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring we had a wonderful stay.

We had a great New Year's stay at a beachfront resort in Puerto Penasco. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and a nice view from the balconies. The location was convenient, right by the pool and close to the beach. The staff at the restaurant was friendly and served delicious food, including a tasty Surf n Turf dish. This made our dining experience enjoyable.

The check-in process wasn't smooth as one of the staff members was rude and condescending. The rooms were mediocre and the mattresses felt extremely uncomfortable, like sleeping on a tile floor.
