Great beach access and beautiful ocean views. Enjoyed the convenience of in, room laundry facilities and the availability of plenty of towels.

Check, in process was confusing and unhelpful staff. the room was not ready on time and had cleanliness issues like mold on the curtains, dirty floors, and residue on the silverware.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable with breathtaking beach views from the 16th floor. The location was perfect, just a short distance to the water's edge. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at Seychelles Beach Resort IV! The decor in our condo was amazing, and the 21st floor view was breathtaking. The condo was immaculately clean and felt like a home away from home. The availability of towels was a pleasant surprise. The bathrooms were spacious and spotless, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The comfortable couches and bar stools were a nice touch. The location was perfect, and we enjoyed relaxing on the balconies.

Additionally, we didn't receive proper check-in information and had to wait for hours to get into our room. It was unprofessional.

We loved the awesome view of the gulf/beach and the easy beach access. The room was great and reasonably priced, with two pools to enjoy including a heated one. The community and staff were super friendly, creating a great atmosphere for our family with 2 small kids.

My family and I recently stayed at Seychelles Beach Resort for a relaxing weekend getaway. The check-in process was a breeze and we were thrilled with the easy access to the beautiful beach. We also loved having Schooners, the "Last Local Beach Bar," right next door. The friendly and welcoming community made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was spacious, well-priced, and the presence of two pools, one of which was heated. a great Midwest nice experience on a stunning beach.

Despite our enjoyable stay, we do recommend this hotel.
