The hotel is right on the beach, with a beautiful garden. The location is close to the Las Americas mall. The hotel facilities are clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I recently stayed at Playa Caracol Hotel & Spa for a weekend getaway. The hotel is clean, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The beach is just a few steps away and is of good size compared to other areas in the region. The staff is friendly and helpful, giving the hotel a family-run feel. The pool is a decent size for swimming, and the restaurant offers delicious food at competitive prices. a great stay with beautiful views and a convenient location.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location right on the beach was incredible. I loved waking up to the stunning view of the water from my room. The staff was super friendly and helpful, making me feel like part of the family. The pool was lovely and perfect for swimming. The breakfast at the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. this place exceeded my expectations in every way.

I highly recommend this hotel to families.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the friendly staff who were always helpful. the direct access to the beach was a major plus, as it allowed me to enjoy the beautiful ocean views and take relaxing walks along the shore. Additionally, the contemporary style of the hotel, especially the updated bathrooms, added a modern touch to my stay.

One downside was the lack of nearby amenities within walking distance. Unlike other waterfront hotels or those closer to the Las Americas mall, Playa Caracol Hotel & Spa was not conveniently located for those looking to explore the surrounding areas on foot.

Only beachfront hotel in the area. Small, modern facilities with outstanding ocean views. Friendly staff and family-run atmosphere. Nice pool for swimming. Good breakfast and bar prices. Clear, calm waters.
