Christmas in this hotel was the perfect holiday experience. They offered complimentary hot cocoa and cookies every night and an amazing piñata party for children. the location was ideal, right in the heart of the town's festivities. We were able to walk to all the shops, restaurants, and attractions. One of the best aspects was the view of the church and the amazing fireworks display on Christmas Eve.

Although the hotel offered a festive atmosphere, the bed was uncomfortably hard making it difficult to sleep. the noise levels in the hallway were loud, particularly in the early morning, which disturbed our sleep.

The location was not only convenient but also safe and friendly. We especially enjoyed the delicious meals at the restaurant attached to the hotel, and the staff, particularly Letti at the front desk, were incredibly helpful in arranging transportation for us. Although there were a few minor inconveniences like the need to request hot water for showering in the evening and the lack of a minifridge in our room, these were overshadowed by the overall positive experience.

I had a great Xmas stay at this hotel. the location was fantastic, right in the heart of the town and overlooking a vibrant square. It was convenient to explore the nearby attractions and the oldest tequila production plant was just a stone's throw away. there were plenty of restaurants and sidewalk cafes nearby for dining options.

There were a couple of downsides. it was quite inconvenient to reach the hotel by car as there was a market nearby and the hotel did not have its own parking.
