During my recent stay, I was captivated by the charming ambiance and impeccable service at this hidden gem. The picturesque gardens and stunning mountain views added to the magical experience. My room was comfortable and had a lovely view of the pool and town. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, and the level of service was exceptional. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. Despite a few minor drawbacks such as limited Wi-Fi and an occasional wait for room service, I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. I highly recommend Posada Del Tepozteco for a relaxing and unforgettable getaway.

We stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel for a few days and were absolutely impressed. The location of this venue is unbeatable! It is very close to the center and within walking distance to all the attractions. Plus, it is conveniently situated on the hike up to the pyramid. The hotel is nestled on a steep cobblestone street, but that was not a problem for us. The service here is top-notch, with room service, housekeeping, and laundry available. We also loved the fact that they provide an airport shuttle service for a fee. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a refreshing drink and the staff was more than helpful in arranging our tours and tickets. The amenities in the room were great, including a sitting area and a terrace with garden furniture. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had all the necessary toiletries. We even had an alarm clock in the room for our convenience. The on-site dining options were fantastic, with a restaurant and snack bar available. We enjoyed having our breakfast in the room, and the bar/lounge area was a nice place to relax in the evenings. The hotel also offers a spa & wellness center, a swimming pool, and a sun terrace, all of which we took advantage of. Finally, the free Wi-Fi in public areas was a bonus, as we were able to stay connected during our stay. All in all, this place exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it to others.

Although the old rooms have a charming old hacienda style, they lack air conditioning. Additionally, the reception seemed to be overstaffed without adding any noticeable improvement to the service.

Our stay at Posada con Vista was absolutely amazing! The beautiful grounds offered breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains, and our room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast options were delicious, both the buffet and the a la carte menu. Although the town of Tepoztlán is hilly and the streets are cobblestone, the Posada's location was still conveniently close to downtown. We would highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in the area. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely return.

The hotel has a great location with views of the nearby mountain. The staff is attentive and the room service is efficient. The rooms are spacious with balconies overlooking the mountains. The common area is impressive with a well-maintained landscape and a nice pool. The Wi-Fi is strong and there are multiple networks to choose from.

It is conveniently located, making it easy to get to and from the Pueblo Magico. The room with the king size bed and jacuzzi was great, providing a comfortable and luxurious experience. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was perfect, offering a wide variety of options. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation options, and the hospitality of the staff were exceptional.

The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities, including good wifi and cable TV. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast is nice and the views from some rooms are spectacular, offering beautiful scenery of the town square and the surrounding mountains.

Although the hotel has new rooms, it lacks air conditioning, which can be uncomfortable during hot weather.
