This place suits me perfectly with its outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff helped me with my room issue at night. I highly recommend enjoying the coffee shop! I'm coming back for Christmas.

The hotel has a lovely outdoor pool that's perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring. The breakfast options are tasty and satisfying, and I enjoyed the friendly service from the staff, who were always ready to help.

Getting to my room from the car park was a bit tricky and confusing.

Massive oversight on cleanliness, as room service hardly ever does anything more than make the bed!!! The missing working safe and the overpriced coffee maker leave much to be desired. A remodel is definitely overdue!!!

However, I noticed that some common areas needed a refresher. The hallway carpets were showing their age, and my room's air conditioning struggled to keep up, especially during warm afternoons. A bit of attention here could lift the entire stay to another level.

Comfortable room, lovely surroundings, with great wifi that allowed me to stay connected during my weekend getaway and a well-maintained outdoor swimming pool perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring.

The hotel is perfectly located, making it easy to explore nearby stores and awesome restaurants. We loved our family visit to the agave fields, which were absolutely stunning under the sun. The friendly staff, especially Miguel and Jessica, made us feel right at home.

My wife says that the rooms could use a bit more thorough cleaning.
