The staff was friendly, professional, and most of them spoke English. I especially enjoyed the view from the terrace.

The delicious breakfast and satisfactory amenities also added to the overall positive experience. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Guadalajara.

The oversized bathroom had a wonderful bath tub. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast in the lounge each morning and the friendly and helpful wait staff. The location was convenient, with a business center nearby and plenty of stores and restaurants to explore.

Some common areas of the hotel, such as the club area and hallways, were in need of a fresh coat of paint and new carpet.

The pool area wasn't maintained well, and the water wasn't clean, so we couldn't enjoy it. Finally, the room service was slow, and we had to wait for almost an hour to get a simple order of fries.
