The hotel was beautifully decorated and the staff was very friendly. We loved the complimentary breakfast, it was a great way to start the day. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area.

The hotel didn't have a hot tub or jacuzzi which would have been a nice addition for a romantic getaway. the breakfast options were also not to our taste, with omelet and turkey sausage being the main choices.

I appreciated being away from the groups and families, providing a peaceful environment. Had an amazing time spending Christmas at this hotel. the complimentary breakfast was delicious with a variety of fresh fruits and omelet options. the location of the hotel was perfect, close to shopping malls and entertainment centers. the lobby was very cozy which made me feel right at home.

The cleaning crew started cleaning rooms very early which woke me up and prevented me from getting some much-needed rest. I also found the staff at front desk to be a bit dismissive which was a bit off-putting.
