If you're on the hunt for the best gyudon in Houston, I found a local gem that really nailed it! Plus, the room was clean and nice, giving a cozy vibe for my one night stopover.

Only stayed one night, so can’t really complain—except it should be cheaper since it’s not actually at the Galleria like it says. Still, the ambiance was charming, and breakfast options didn't disappoint.

holiday inn express has a great location, just off the expressway and close to lots of restaurants and stores. The breakfast buffet was a pleasant surprise. the staff kept everything stocked and were super helpful. our room was clean and spacious, perfect for our family stay.

The entry to the hotel was poorly marked, leading to confusion!!! Arriving guests should be greeted more promptly rather than waiting around!!! A little effort in room maintenance could go a long way!!!

I loved staying here because it was super convenient to explore local attractions like the stunning water wall, which is only about 500 meters away, and the beautiful parks nearby that made relaxed walks a joy. the staff were also friendly and made the experience even better, adding a personal touch to our city adventures.

While the location was perfect with easy access to restaurants and stores, the experience was marred by maintenance issues. Although the breakfast staff were attentive, my room suffered from a noisy AC and a malfunctioning bathroom door. It was clean and spacious, yet I expected better overall maintenance.

The location was perfect for our family trip, close to many restaurants and shopping. With my grandchild along, the breakfast selection was a delightful surprise, with plenty of options and friendly staff keeping everything replenished. We all enjoyed our stay!

For dads, it would be great if they improved housekeeping service.

Very clean rooms and the breakfast options were excellent. We had a maintenance issue with water shutoff during our stay.

The wifi is super poor in the rooms. just good in the lobby.

Had a pretty chill stay here! The room was super clean and the beds were really comfy, like best-nap-ever comfy. And we didn’t hear the elevators at all, which was nice. Just a little door noise once in a while. Breakfast was tasty too, which is always a bonus. Totally would stay again!

i had a great stay at holiday inn express! the location was perfect, just a short drive from the mall. my queen room was very clean and nice. The housekeeping staff were super friendly and made me feel welcome. the breakfast options were also a delightful surprise!

Unfortunately, the shower water pressure was a little low, but overall, I'd recommend this place for a comfortable visit.
