We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, with the rooms being nice and clean. The hotel facilities were great, with a modern entry foyer and a bonus of a free computer. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was very close to everything, including main attractions which were only a 5-minute walk away. Transportation was convenient, with a metro station just 2 minutes away and easy access to trains for travel within the city and to the airport. The staff, especially the receptionists, were helpful and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We had a great Easter weekend break with our family. The complimentary toiletries were a nice touch, and the window view from our room was amazing. The convenience of the hotel's location to the nearby metro station and attractions was a bonus and made our stay much easier to navigate.

We were disappointed that the hotel charged our credit card in advance without offering the option to pay in cash. This caused a slight inconvenience, as we had already prepared the cash and had to transfer the money back to our card.
