We loved the cleanliness of the hotel; everything was well-maintained and very clean. The hotel facilities were outstanding, especially the Sky Pool and the Market. The location by the ocean was fantastic, and we were served wonderfully by Gerardo, Frankie, Miguel, Ricardo. The hotel provided excellent transportation services. The breakfast options were great, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The resort is large with great facilities including 7 separate swimming pools and beautiful views. The all-inclusive plan is convenient and includes room service and a luxurious room. The champagne brunch on Sunday is a food highlight.

The sports bar in the Market area of the resort offered a great atmosphere to watch games, with multiple screens and comfortable seating. The location of the resort on a hill overlooking the Pacific Ocean provided stunning views from some rooms.

The resort was not close to the beach as we had requested.

The property itself was beautiful and had a great location. The food at the on-site restaurants was amazing, especially the Sunday buffet. The staff, especially the waitstaff, were very hardworking and pleasant.

we had trouble getting towels for the pool as they kept running out throughout the day. Secondly, our room was missing pillowcases on the bed pillows, which was inconvenient.

Great cocktails at the lobby bar! Loved the two for one happy hour. Room upgrade was a pleasant surprise. Staff always helpful and efficient. Look forward to our next stay at PBS.

Stunning views and beautifully decorated rooms. The all-inclusive meal plan exceeded our expectations. We had a great time at the free spa for owners. The resort's location was amazing, with a chapel for meditation right next to the spa. We also appreciated the well-equipped exercise room. The free T-Mobile service was a bonus, and the charging stations in the room were convenient. Despite a few drawbacks mentioned in the reviews, we had a memorable stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was supportive and bilingual. The shuttle service to the sister resorts allowed for a varied vacation experience. The Market area at Sunset Beach was great. The whale-watching activity was amazing. The golf cart transportation was fun, and the staff was friendly and efficient.

We opted for the all-inclusive package and it was a perfect choice. From the moment we arrived, everything was taken care of. The room service, included in the package, was prompt and delivered with a smile. The staff at the resort were incredibly supportive and bilingual. The Sunday champagne brunch was a highlight, with live music and a dessert table that seemed endless. The room itself was luxurious, spacious, and reminiscent of a San Francisco apartment.

The hotel here offers luxurious amenities that fulfilled my exclusive needs. The infinity pool and rooftop pool were stunning and the sun loungers in the garden area were comfortable. The spa center was splendid, with treatment rooms for full body massages, waxing, and pedicures. The restaurant provided delicious packed lunches and dinners with excellent continental breakfast. I had in-room breakfast every day, which was served promptly, and the poolside snack bar was perfect for relaxing.

Although my overall experience was great, I found the make-up service to be a bit disappointing. The beauty treatment lacked variety, and the sauna needed to be repaired.
