The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Jorge the manager who went above and beyond to assist us with getting to Mexico City and arranging a driver for our excursions. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with king beds in some rooms and smart TVs. We enjoyed a delicious meal at the on-site restaurant and were impressed by the fast service and polite staff. The pool area was beautiful and clean, although we didn't get to use it due to the rain. The location was perfect, just a short taxi ride or 5-minute drive to the Teotihuacan pyramids. We were able to check-in early and go straight to our room before heading to the pyramids. we were very pleased with the cleanliness, helpfulness of the staff, and the amenities offered at this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. The pool and play area were perfect for our kids. Additionally, the location was very convenient as it was near the Pyramids by Gate 1, only a short 5-minute taxi drive away. We also liked that the hotel was next to a big street, which allowed us to easily walk along and visit the pyramids.

I recently stayed at Quinto Sol for my hot air balloon flight in Teotihuacan. The hotel staff was friendly and the rooms were spacious, perfect for my big family. The hotel was very clean, and amenities such as toiletries were provided. The location was excellent, just 3 minutes away from the pick-up point. The restaurant service was fast and the food was delicious. excellent value for the price.

We had an amazing experience at Quinto Sol. The hotel is conveniently located near the magnificent archaeological site. We took advantage of the close proximity and visited the pyramids twice during our stay. The clean and spacious rooms provided a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. The staff, especially Enrique, were incredibly friendly and made us feel well taken care of. The restaurant offered excellent food and the pool area was a perfect spot to relax. The strong WiFi signal was a bonus. we highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.
