A very central location, making it easy to explore various shops and eateries. The friendly staff provided excellent support, even lending a portable phone during a flight issue. The room was clean with a comfy bed, and the view across the harbor added a nice touch. Although the breakfast options were somewhat limited, the continental menu was reasonably priced and served until late morning. Minor issues included the lack of more hangers in the closet and the slow drainage in the bathroom sink, but these did not significantly detract from the experience.

The location is excellent, just a minute from Union Street with a variety of bars and restaurants nearby.

The room felt a bit cramped and lacked some basic amenities, like a headboard for the bed, which made it uncomfortable against the wall.

Seriously, parking is a nightmare!!! Paying over £20 just to park is absurd, especially since you don't get discounts for multiple exits. Then there's the lack of heating control, which is entirely frustrating!!! Rooms feel cramped and somewhat dated – a simple refresh would do wonders!!!

My stay was enjoyable, thanks to the fantastic staff who helped with any questions I had. The breakfast buffet was a great value, especially the delicious pancakes. The room kept me comfortable with a good air cooler, and I appreciated the cleanliness throughout my visit.

However, there were a few hiccups. I had trouble opening my door with the key card once, but it was quickly sorted at reception. The loud window rattled during the night, making sleep a bit challenging.

Fantastic location , with easy access to a theater just 2 minutes away ! The staff , especially Miguel and Indre , made us feel welcomed and appreciated , enhancing our experience.

Noise disturbances from other guests were bothersome , affecting our ability to relax. Room heating controls were problematic and left us feeling uncomfortable during our stay.

Got a room on the top floor overlooking the harbour! perfect views every morning. Location's great for walking to the beach and galleries. Beds were comfy, and the double glazing kept out noise from the harbour.

The staff was genuinely friendly and full of useful local tips. great that we could leave our luggage before check-in, a nice convenience. The location is perfect, not too far from the city buzz but still quiet enough for a good night's rest.

The breakfast selection was decent, but I wish they offered fresher options. a bit more variety in fruits would have been appreciated.

Superb central location, just a stone's throw from everything! The room was cozy and spotless, although a bit tight with only one double bed for two adults. Next time, I’ll pack my own extra mattress just in case!
