The hotel is located in a high-scale residential neighborhood, just a few minutes away from downtown. We enjoyed the beautiful gardens and well-maintained property. The rooms, especially the suites, are nice and clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The location was great, situated in a high-scale residential neighborhood and just a few minutes away from downtown. This allowed us to have more vacation days to explore the city.

The service was friendly and helpful, and the staff, especially Juan, went out of their way to make our stay better. The breakfast and buffet options on the weekends and Tuesdays were delicious. The facility is large, beautiful, and filled with plenty of places to relax and enjoy the weather.

Had a great Easter stay at this hotel! the gardens were absolutely stunning, with lush greenery and beautiful flowers everywhere. It was the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun. the hotel also had tennis courts which we made use of and had a blast playing some matches. Additionally, the location couldn't have been better - we were just a short distance away from shops, restaurants, and attractions, making it convenient to explore the area.

There were a couple of downsides. the rooms were a bit disappointing, as the furniture and decor felt outdated and worn.

Beautiful gardens and well-maintained facilities, including tennis courts, swimming pool, and trails. The room was clean and had a new A/C unit and ceiling fan. Surroundings were green and fresh with a view of foliage. The food was good and the amenities were great for sunbathing and relaxing. a great place to stay with plans to come back for a longer stay.

I recently stayed at a beautiful historic Hacienda called Racquet in Cuernavaca. The courtyard and dining area were stunning, and the chefs prepared amazing food. The grounds were well maintained, and the pool area was very nice. There were plenty of amenities like tennis and racquetball courts. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I loved the atmosphere and enjoyed my stay.

The breakfast offers a variety of options, including fresh fruit, juice, and toast. Guests can enjoy the large swimming pool, poolside bar, and sun loungers.

The hotel should improve the maintenance of their fitness suite, as some machines are in need of repair.

I recently stayed at Hotel Racquet for a week-long vacation. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the pool area is very nice. There are plenty of amenities like tennis and racquetball courts. The staff is very friendly and the service is excellent. The continental breakfast is delicious and they also offer a full menu with reasonable prices. it is a great hotel with a peaceful atmosphere.
