The breakfast included in our room package was excellent, with a variety of delicious options. the staff were all very pleasant and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. the location of the hotel was perfect, situated in the heart of the city and within walking distance of many attractions.

The room we stayed in was smaller than expected, with only one chair and limited seating options. the shower water was not consistently hot, which was disappointing.

The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and everything was well serviced. The high-pressure showers were a great way to relax after a long day of exploring. The staff, particularly the doorman, were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready with a warm smile. I found the hotel facilities to be top-notch.

I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome I received at Mercure. As an Accor member, I was greeted with a welcome drinks voucher and even found a bottle of sparkling wine and chocolates in my room, a lovely touch for my anniversary. The location couldn't have been better, right next to Chinatown and close to the malls and market. Despite the traffic noises, I had a very enjoyable stay. The late supper I ordered through room service was delicious and delivered promptly. I highly recommend this hotel for its attentive service, convenient location, and special touches.
