The staff were attentive and efficient with a can-do attitude. The room was great, and the food at the hotel was fabulous. In addition, the hotel offered amazing value for money. I was impressed with the cleanliness and quietness of the spacious rooms. The staff was also friendly and even provided personalized gifts and promotions for guests. The hotel had a small kids area with toys and a teen area with table soccer and Xbox. I highly recommend Novotel for a wonderful stay.
