The staff were attentive and efficient with a can-do attitude. the room was great, and the food at the hotel was fabulous. the hotel offered amazing value for money. I was impressed with the cleanliness and quietness of the spacious rooms. the staff was also friendly and even provided personalized gifts and promotions. the hotel had a small kids area with toys and a teen area with table soccer and Xbox. I highly recommend Novotel for a wonderful stay.
