We recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff here is incredible and really goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. From the moment we arrived, they were warm, friendly, and knowledgeable about the area. The location of this hotel is excellent, with lots of nearby restaurants, coffee shops, and stores. It felt safe and perfect for a solo female traveler like myself.

Additionally, the breakfast omelette prepared by Sergio was a highlight of my stay. He was friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant interaction. I had a satisfying visit at Ramada.

I had such a great time staying at this place! The location is perfect - it's in a great area of the city with lots of nice restaurants around. The service here is top notch - the room service, housekeeping, and tours/ticket assistance were all fantastic. The amenities are amazing too - I loved the free wi-fi in the rooms, mini-bar, and sitting area. And the terrace was just stunning - the garden furniture was so comfortable and I loved sitting out there enjoying the sun.

The breakfast, cooked by Sergio, was outstanding. One of the best omelettes I've ever had, and a great selection of international and Mexican dishes. Will definitely come back for the food alone. I recommend this hotel.

This hotel is located in a very nice area with several great local restaurants around. It is situated in a great plaza, near a drugstore. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a pleasant smell of cleanliness as soon as you walk in. The staff is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The breakfast buffet is delicious, offering a tasty and filling meal. The gym has new equipment, perfect for a workout. this hotel provides a great experience for its guests.

The receptionist was rude and unhelpful. I was given a smaller room than what I had paid for, and the attitude was not friendly at all.

I especially appreciated their help with my lost baggage and arranging for my medication. The manager and front desk staff went above and beyond to ensure my well-being. The lobby's public bathroom was also well-maintained and had a special odor block system, which was a pleasant surprise. I had a great experience at this hotel.

One thing we didn't like was that the bathroom door didn't close properly, leaving a gap and making it a bit uncomfortable. Additionally, the cleanliness of the rooms was not up to par.
