A fantastic choice for staying in the city. Our stay at Sheraton was memorable and enjoyable. The staff provided impeccable service, making us feel welcome and well taken care of. The club-level room was comfortable and offered a great view over the lake. The lounge had a delicious and varied happy hour with an impressive spread of food. The bathroom amenities, including the Grohe rain shower, were top-notch. The morning buffet breakfast was extensive and delicious, with excellent service from the restaurant staff. The location was peaceful and offered a nice break from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The view of the lake was stunning and added to the overall experience. the hotel's club lounge was a great feature, offering a variety of drinks and snacks. the hotel was located in a lively area, with plenty of international and local restaurants, bars, and cafes nearby. the proximity to popular sightseeing attractions made it convenient for exploring the city.

The hotel showed signs of wear and tear, especially in the lobby. Additionally, the rooms were not well soundproofed, which could be a disturbance for some guests.

The value for money was great, the room was comfortable and spacious with a lovely view. The staff at Sheraton provided exceptional service, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The staff at Sheraton went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They remembered our names and room number, and even organized taxis for us. The attention to detail was exceptional, like when the maid went out of her way to provide us with soy milk for our coffee. Breakfast was a treat with a diverse range of cuisines to choose from. The location was also convenient, with plenty of cafes and bars nearby.

The staff were courteous and helpful, making our experience enjoyable. The well-appointed rooms and Club Lounge were perfect for breakfast, coffee, and pre-dinner drinks. The Club access staff were accommodating and friendly. The lounge offered a variety of tasty food, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. It's one of the best club-level hotels we've stayed in during our time in Vietnam.

We recently had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The best aspects were the amazing views of the city from our room by the lake, and the delicious breakfast with a wide selection of dishes. The staff were friendly and the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. We have been coming to this city for work for many years, and this hotel's location to the Sheraton Hanoi made it extremely convenient.
