I was put in the wrong room initially, causing confusion when the staff couldn't find my name. The check-in process took an agonizing half-hour at 7 PM, which was frustrating after a long journey. Additionally, the pool hours were too late in the morning, limiting my chance to enjoy the facilities before my departure.

Xavier at the café was a total legend—super friendly and helpful! The location is spot on, and we had a lekker time at the pool, even if it needed a bit of a clean-up. Room service was quick, and the beds were comfortable, so that's a win!

We appreciate the hotel's central location, making it easy for us to access local shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was impressive, providing a great start to our busy days. The staff is genuinely friendly and eager to assist with any needs.
