The value for money at Palapa House was excellent, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, within walking distance of restaurants and stores, with an amazing view.

One small improvement for the breakfast option would be to have some condiments available, like salt and pepper, so guests don't have to purchase them separately.

Great room with plenty of towels and cleanliness. Small but cozy with limited counter space. The palapa bar by the pool is a shaded, relaxing spot with amazing views. Excellent service from property manager, arranging transportation and providing immediate responses. Centrally located, easy to walk to most places.

The hotel offered amazing complimentary towels and had great staff service. Its location was ideal for easy access to a grocery store and enjoyable food and entertainment options. the best aspect was that the room was cozy and perfect for our needs. We loved that it wasn't a large, impersonal resort. It gave us a cheerful and homey vibe.

There was not enough drying space for beach clothes and the balcony access to other room meant people walking past you while you sat outside. It would also be nice if the bar area was operated as advertised.

The room, though small, was incredibly clean and had everything we needed, including towels and a great shower. The constant breeze kept the mosquitoes away, which was a nice bonus. Being so close to town was convenient, but we loved the quiet and relaxing atmosphere right on the beach. We will definitely be returning to this fantastic location. I highly recommend this place.

We loved the location of this place. It was close to a small beach, many restaurants, and a couple of grocery stores. It was very handy to walk to all of these places. the room was cozy and clean, with towels provided and a great shower. the balcony faced the ocean directly, offering beautiful views and a constant breeze that kept mosquitoes away. Shane, the property manager, provided excellent service and took care of our travel arrangements and any inquiries we had. it was a convenient and comfortable place to stay.
