We had a great stay in this city. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and smooth check-in made us feel welcome. The location was perfect, close to the best restaurants in town and all the tourist spots. Parking was convenient and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The service provided by the staff is commendable, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms with king-sized beds offer a wonderful view and are equipped with luxurious toiletries from Crabtree & Evelyn. The highlight is the beautiful big shower, providing a relaxing experience. Additionally, having breakfast included is a definite plus.

This hotel is located in a safe area close to many great restaurants and also has easy access to the central business district which is just 2km away. The rooms are fantastic with big beautiful showers on an upper level and a stunning view. The king bed was plush and comfortable and the breakfast was included in the prices, which offered great value for money.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They provided complementary breakfast on the sixth floor, which was delicious. The hotel facilities were great, with a spacious lobby and a bar that I loved. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to transportation and parking. The guestrooms were clean and comfortable, with a big and spacious bathroom. I especially loved the fact that I could easily turn on the lights, including the bathroom lights, with just a flick of a switch.

The hotel's location was convenient, with a Starbucks right outside the front door and a shopping center nearby. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The beds were a bit hard for my liking, and there was some noise disturbance from the hallways during late hours. the rooms could benefit from soundproofing to minimize the external noise further.

What an amazing New Year experience! the hotel had a wonderful location near the main avenues, which made it easy for us to walk around and enjoy the city. we loved the two complementary facts offered by the hotel - it made our stay even better! the staff was friendly and always willing to help, which we appreciated. the view from our room was breathtaking!

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel, but there are some areas that need improvement. the sofa in our room was stained and the extra blankets itchy making it an uncomfortable experience.
