We stayed at the lovely Cornell Inn for a few nights while exploring the area. The room was comfortable and welcoming, and the breakfast was wonderful. Even though we had to leave early, the hosts packed us a delicious coffee cake to take with us. The inn is conveniently located within walking distance of great restaurants and attractions. Nell and Tim, the lovely hosts, truly made us feel at home during our stay. We can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and hope to return!

The hotel is well located for exploring the Western Mass area. In early April, "off season" means tranquility and sensible prices. The hotel is a short walk down the hill to the center of town for a variety of restaurants and bars. The breakfast is excellent, with savory dishes like omelets and sweet ones too. The staff is welcoming and offers excellent service. The rooms are spacious and have charming touches like working fireplaces, four-poster beds, or small libraries.

Some rooms may be facing a busy street, so noise-sensitive guests might prefer requesting a quieter room further from the street.

This place is an excellent choice for anyone visiting here. I loved the location near downtown and the hill down to the village center. The service was top-notch, and the staff were always ready to assist me with any request. Upon arrival, I was welcomed with a special drink, which made me feel very appreciated. The room amenities were impressive and included heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a cozy sitting area. The garden facilities were beautiful, peaceful, and included a goldfish pond with a burbling waterfall. The breakfast was varied, delicious, and served either inside or outside, depending on the weather.

This venue is a fantastic choice for everyone, so I highly recommend it to anyone who plans to visit this city.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. They provided great suggestions for things to do and places to eat in the area. Plus, the breakfast spread was amazing with delicious pastries and a variety of options to choose from. We also loved the beautiful grounds and peaceful atmosphere of the hotel.

One small disappointment was that the advertised espresso drinks weren't available during our stay. However, this was a minor detail and didn't detract from the overall positive experience we had at the hotel.

During our recent stay at The Cornell Inn, we were blown away by the exceptional breakfast spread. Lance's Mexicali Frittata, Apple Pancakes with real Maple Syrup, Peach French Toast, and pastries were mind-bogglingly good. The delicious breakfast alone made our stay worth it. We also appreciated the warm welcome and complimentary drinks upon arrival. I highly recommend this hotel for its cozy rooms and outstanding breakfast.

The inn had a prime location, just a short distance from the heart of the town. the rooms were cozy and comfortable, and the breakfast served each morning was excellent. the staff was friendly and warm, always ready to make recommendations and ensure that guests had a pleasant stay.

The only downside was that the inn was situated close to the road, which could result in some noise. However, with the air conditioner on at night, the noise was hardly noticeable, allowing for a good night's sleep.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was immaculate and the bathroom was lovely, with a great shower. The hotel facilities were comfortable and attractive, especially the deck and garden with a beautiful waterfall and koi pond. Breakfast was tasty, and we enjoyed eating in the pretty garden. The hotel's location was perfect, close to nature and within walking distance of wonderful restaurants and the downtown area.

We were pleasantly surprised by the charm and character of this vintage B&B in the Berkshires. From the moment we arrived, the owners Nell and Tim made us feel right at home with their warm hospitality. The historic MacDonald house where we stayed gave us a true sense of stepping back in time. The breakfast spread each morning was delicious, especially Lance's Mexicali Frittata and the Peach French Toast. The location was perfect, within walking distance to restaurants and shops, and just a mile from the Tanglewood Music Center. Despite a few small inconveniences like a lack of drapes on some of the windows and the placement of the toilet paper roll holder, our overall stay was fantastic. We highly recommend the Cornell Inn for a memorable Berkshires experience. I'll definitely be recommending this vintage B&B to others.
