The hotel had beautiful art and decor, creating a visually pleasing atmosphere. Additionally, the lounge served great drinks and had a friendly and attentive server. the Proof restaurant was also excellent, with a knowledgeable and helpful server, delicious food, and stunning art and decor.

The sleeping conditions were disappointing. the air conditioner didn't work properly, making the room uncomfortably hot.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the room was incredibly comfortable. The location was convenient and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Menu for breakfast could have more variety.

Loved the art component and the general vibe of the hotel. the staff was excellent, providing friendly and helpful service. Convenient location, close to key attractions and amenities. Enjoyed the 24-hour access to the museum and the unique decor throughout the restaurant.

The rooms were mediocre, not living up to the price paid. Outdated TVs and windows that don't open were disappointing.

The bed was the comfiest we've ever had while traveling. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Turndown service was a thoughtful touch. The unique art in the hotel added to the overall experience. The in-room Nespresso coffee machine was impressive.

The hotel had a great location in downtown, close to wonderful artwork everywhere, including a giant golden statue and rotating gallery shows. The room was beautifully decorated, with little details that made the stay excellent, such as art installations and Malin & Goetz bath products. The staff was also helpful and young.

The air conditioner didn't work properly, which made the room hot and uncomfortable to sleep in at night.

This hotel is unique! Art museum, comfy accommodations, great restaurant, fantastic location.

Artsy hotel with a museum on the main floor. Comfy beds and nice bathrooms. Great restaurant. Beautiful and unique facility. Short walking distance to other bars and restaurants.

We loved staying at this hotel. The staff was very accommodating and the whole experience was upbeat. The art in the hotel, especially the Hybridity exhibit, was amazing. The interactive computer wall by the elevators was a fun touch. The rooms were very clean and the walk-in shower was the best we've ever seen. The hotel is beautifully designed and being able to stay in an art museum was a unique experience. The location is perfect, close to some great restaurants in the area and the fitness center.

We had an amazing time at 21C Museum Hotel. The art collection was inspiring and the location was perfect for exploring Louisville. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the food at Proof on Main was exceptional. We especially enjoyed checking the “state of the world” from our atrium suite every morning. we highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at 21C Museum Hotel for a couple of nights and had a fantastic experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, providing excellent customer service. The hotel is in a great downtown location, close to the LS museum/factory. Definitely worth a visit!
