During my recent stay at a hotel in Acapulco, I experienced great service and had a wonderful time. One particular highlight was the close proximity to the airport, making it incredibly convenient for me to travel to and from the hotel. As a traveler, cleanliness is a top priority for me, and I was pleased to find that the room was clean and well-maintained. Additionally, the hotel offered a Kids Club, which my children thoroughly enjoyed. This allowed my partner and I to have some much-needed alone time to explore the area and relax in the spa's hot tub on the 1st floor. The pools were also kept clean and the serving staff were attentive in providing food and drinks. my stay was enjoyable and I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Please note that there were a couple of small issues during my stay. the hotel staff could improve on their English-speaking abilities as their proficiency was limited.

The hotel had plenty of beach chairs and space to relax. I didn't have to wake up early to find a place by the pool, even during the high season. The breakfast buffet was amazing with plenty of choices and a good price. The staff was plentiful and very helpful. The hotel is located near a mall with great restaurants and other amenities. Additionally, the hotel offers access to its own beach club and lets guests use its other resorts for free.

We had a fantastic stay at this resort. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with great pools and even a "Starbucks" on-site. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, being close to the airport and a mall with amazing restaurants and shops. Plus, the hotel allowed us to use the amenities at their sister resorts and had its own beach club. this was the perfect place for a family vacation or to attend a conference.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Acapulco for New Year's and had a great experience. Firstly, the hotel had excellent amenities such as a beautiful pool and a lively DJ playing music. The location was also a key advantage, with easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. Additionally, the hotel offered a variety of delicious slushie drinks that were freshly made and very enjoyable.

There were a few things that I didn't particularly like about the hotel. Firstly, the buffet for dinner was not up to par and I would suggest booking a la carte meals instead.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. the restaurants were amazing and we tried a different one each night. the food was always really good. We also loved that there were free shuttles to their sister hotels where we could enjoy their pools, beaches, and restaurants. It was really easy and fast to get to the beach thanks to the buses that took us to their beach club. Plus, we were able to reserve a nice little hut for free where a server brought us food and drinks. it was a great experience with fantastic dining options and convenient transportation.

One of the downsides was the check-in process. It took quite a long time, especially after driving from Mexico City.
