Loved the convenience of the hotel transportation pick-up from the airport. It made our arrival stress-free. Really appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendly staff. They were always willing to help and make our stay comfortable. - the free shuttle service to the airport was a big plus. It saved us time and money.

The noise from the air conditioner and the busy street outside was quite bothersome. It made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The hotel is conveniently located close to everything we needed, with staff helpful in arranging transportation for us. The restaurant was also very good, and the breakfast included in the price was excellent. The spacious rooms and cleanliness were much appreciated, as well as the amenities such as the workout room and pool on the top floor.

The hotel had a great pool and gym, perfect for relaxing and staying active. The dinner at the hotel was one of the best we've had in Mexico. Also, the hotel staff were friendly and gave us a room when we arrived early.

I stayed at this hotel and I loved it! The location was perfect, not too far from the center, and I enjoyed the nearby area. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the service was always quick. I loved having access to the indoor pool and the sauna made for a nice way to unwind. The rooftop pool was definitely a highlight and had a beautiful sun terrace to relax on. My room was soundproofed and very comfortable, with amenities like a mini-bar and coffee maker.

This place would be great for families too!

My stay at Riazor Aeropuerto was amazing! The indoor pool with attached hot tub and waterfall was so relaxing. The restaurant had great food, and my room had an incredibly comfortable king bed with great individual controls for A/C and heat. The hotel was clean with excellent maid service, and even had a beautiful Christmas tree in the lobby. I highly recommend.

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were lovely and spacious, with comfortable beds and excellent white bedding. The blockout curtains ensured a quiet night's sleep. The hotel provided a coffee machine in the room and plenty of warm water in the bathroom. We appreciated the included breakfast, which had a good selection of food. The hotel also offered a shuttle service to and from the airport, and the driver was very considerate. The staff was attentive and the restaurant served fabulous food. Families will appreciate the total comfort and cleanliness of the hotel.

The front desk was helpful and spoke good English. They arranged taxis for us. The restaurant had excellent food at reasonable prices. The hotel had fast check-in and check-out, comfy rooms with good beds and pillows, and a nice bathroom with wardrobe space. The WiFi was good and the TV had a great selection of programs. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the restaurant had good prices and a nice bar. The free shuttle to the airport was convenient.

Exceptional service, reasonably priced room service with delicious food. 4am shuttle to the airport took about 10 mins. Heated pool was a treat for the entire family. Will definitely stay again on future trips.

The hotel also provided a free airport shuttle, which was very convenient for my travels. The highlight of my stay was definitely the rooftop pool and gym. I made sure to check them out right upon arrival and was blown away by the fantastic facilities. The pool was refreshing and the gym had all the equipment I needed for a great workout. There were a few drawbacks during our stay. there was no ice machine in the hotel and the rooms did not have a refrigerator, which made it inconvenient to keep drinks cool.
