As a light sleeper, I loved the quiet and peaceful atmosphere of the hotel. The staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating.

The hotel provided a nice value for its price and we appreciated the Monday through Wednesday dinners. The breakfast was also good with a nice variety, including a great fruit section. We enjoyed having a kitchen in the room and the business center was useful for printing documents. Additionally, the location had a great view of the airport with planes taking off and landing. The restaurant at the airport was also a highlight and a must-visit.

The maintenance of the bathrooms and rooms needs improvement.

We were pleasantly surprised by the friendly and helpful staff at Staybridge Suites. From the moment we checked in, they made us feel welcome and provided great customer service. One particular staff member went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met and made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast selection was delicious and offered a variety of options. We also appreciated the clean and comfortable rooms, which were well-equipped with everything we needed. Despite a few minor issues, such as the need for better directions to local attractions and the occasional delay in room cleaning, overall we had a wonderful stay at Staybridge Suites Lakeland West. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and comfortable accommodations.

During our stay at Staybridge Suites, we encountered a situation with our room reservation. We had booked a two-bedroom suite but upon check-in, we were informed that it had been given away. However, the staff quickly found a solution and offered us two separate queen rooms instead. While it wasn't the ideal situation, we appreciated their efforts to find alternative accommodations for us. The hotel itself was clean and the pool area and covered grill were a nice bonus. The staff, in general, was very pleasant and friendly.

The rooms were very clean and spacious, like mini studio apartments. the location was perfect, with restaurants nearby. Parking was easy and convenient.

The luggage carrier was too small, especially considering there was a mini kitchen in the room. the breakfast lady was a bit repetitive and sometimes sounded condescending.

The staff is amazing, the kitchen in the room has all necessary amenities, and there are social drinks and breakfast available. The bed is comfortable and there are great quality toiletries provided. The heated pool and clean BBQ area were perfect for our gathering. The children loved swimming and the adults enjoyed eating and drinking. Thank you, and happy New Year!
