The Sunday Brunch at Sheraton Buganvilias was fantastic, with a great variety of delicious food. The entertainment director, Jorge, was amazing and made sure everyone had a fantastic time. The daily rec waterpolo game at 3pm was tons of fun for all ages. The drinks were reasonably priced, and the staff was always accommodating and friendly.

The hotel's cleanliness was impressive, with well-kept grounds and beautiful pools. The location was convenient, being close to the malecon and excellent restaurants and shopping. The staff was exceptional, with helpful bellmen and accommodating wait staff. The highlight was Lulu Becerra at the concierge desk, who went above and beyond during a medical emergency. The amenities were top-notch, with a variety of dining options and the Gaviotas restaurant offering an amazing dining experience. The inclusion of top-shelf liquor in all bars was a pleasant surprise.

The food at the Sheraton was absolutely amazing. From the dining room to the Club Level rooms, every meal was delicious and satisfying. The staff members were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with any requests or questions. The bed and pillows in our room were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. The location of the hotel was also perfect, as it was easily accessible to all the attractions and activities we wanted to experience.

This experience was overshadowed by the pushy salespeople trying to sell us a timeshare. It was a frustrating and time-consuming process that we would have preferred to avoid.

We enjoyed our stay at Sheraton with lovely pool areas and a beautiful beach. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of options and we particularly loved the omelette station. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. a great experience.

The lobby bar staff were professional and provided excellent service. the hotel had great installations and everything was very clean. the beds were comfortable and the pools were enjoyable with great amenities. the food at the restaurants exceeded expectations. the staff represented the hotel well and provided great service. the location was also convenient.

The reception staff could have been more welcoming and there were some rules that seemed inconsistent. the constant approach from promotors after check-in was bothersome and took away from the relaxing atmosphere.

We have stayed at this property many times and always love the well-kept grounds and beautiful pools. The staff are incredibly helpful and accommodating, with special mention to Lulu at the concierge desk who went above and beyond during a medical emergency. The rooms are pleasant and spacious, with luxurious bedding and a nice selection of pillows. The hotel offers a wide variety of scheduled activities and a great kids club, making it a great choice for families. The beach chairs and shade included in the stay are a fantastic bonus. The Sunday breakfast was also delicious.

We had an amazing time at the resort and enjoyed every moment of our stay. The location was perfect, right on the beach and within walking distance to town. The facilities were clean and beautiful, and we were impressed with the overall appearance of the resort. The bar lobby staff, Jorge, Viviana, and Yesenia, were extremely professional and provided excellent service throughout our visit. The bartenders were also top-notch and made delicious drinks. We were especially grateful for their hard work and attention to detail.

I had a bittersweet stay at Sheraton. The food lacked variety and the beach was rocky, but there were some positives. The towel service at the pool was convenient, and the waiters at the restaurants did their jobs well. The pool was also enjoyable and the food offered there was good. The brand new rooms were clean and the location was great. Despite some drawbacks, overall I would recommend this hotel.
