I loved dining at the buffet where the staff made every meal feel welcoming. It was nice to have no reservations required so I could enjoy my time by the pool. Plus, Manuel and Marco always ensured I had my drinks quickly and efficiently. This was my fourth stay, and the memories kept bringing me back from New York. I can't wait for my next visit.

The friendly staff made our experience enjoyable, especially by the pool. The beach was rocky and not inviting at all.

Staying at Sheraton Buganvilias was like being in a family-friendly reality show, where the talent is the staff! Eduardo at the pool bar worked magic with cocktails that could make your summer parties look like toddler juice boxes. Breakfast by the ocean was my favorite episode, featuring an assortment of delightful dishes. All while the mariachi serenaded us, creating the perfect soundtrack for my vacation chapter.

during my stay, I appreciated the quick access to the beautiful malecon boardwalk and the nearby restaurants, making it easy to explore and enjoy local flavors while soaking in the lovely views.

However, the beach is rocky and not easy to walk on without shoes, which can be a deal-breaker for some. The pool area lacks immediate restroom access, requiring a trek to the back of the buffet, and there's frequent loud music that can disrupt your relaxation. Plus, if you're sensitive to paint fumes, be warned—they seemed to be doing some work during my stay that caused a few disrupted mornings.

The outdoor swimming pool was breathtaking, and I loved lounging on the sun terrace with a view. My stay in the guest room with a king bed and garden view made my mornings feel special, surrounded by beautiful flora. Treating myself to a relaxing massage at the spa lounge felt absolutely luxurious!
