The hotel was beautifully decorated for the Christmas season with a cozy fireplace in the lobby and festive lights throughout the property. The breakfast had a good variety of food options and the coffee was delicious. We also enjoyed the indoor pool and spa facilities which were clean and well-maintained.

The bed was uncomfortable and caused us back pains during our stay. the hotel staff was not fluent in English which made it difficult to communicate our needs and requests.

The room was immaculate with all the modern amenities I needed. The hotel offered complimentary internet access, which was the best I've had during my entire trip. The buffet breakfast was absolutely amazing with a wide variety of choices.

The bathroom was a bit small and the sink was a bit awkwardly placed. It would have been more convenient if it was a bit larger.
