Exceptional facility, included breakfast, friendly staff, cleanliness, and overall first-class experience. Best hotel in the city. Heavenly bed and linens, easy check-in, everything very clean. Professional and helpful staff, beautiful view from the pool terrace. Luxurious, newly renovated bathroom with practical amenities. Everything was well thought out by the hotel team. a fantastic experience.

Located in the heart of Chihuahua, this hotel offers great facilities such as a well, equipped fitness center and an infinity pool. the spacious rooms and opulent marble bathrooms provide a comfortable stay. Additionally, the live music in the evenings and the free full, size breakfast bar in the mornings enhance the overall experience.

There were a few negatives to note. the warm, up time for the showers on the upper floors was quite long, which was inconvenient.

The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bar staff were genuinely friendly and always ready to assist. We loved the relaxed atmosphere and the lovely outside bar area with its stunning view. Additionally, the ample parking made our stay even more convenient.

The breakfast had a great variety of fruits, breads, cereal, eggs, menudo. Hot cakes were ordered and delivered quickly. The servers were friendly and attentive, providing warm tortillas. The location was easy to find and the pool had an awesome view. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and the rooms were spacious.

For the price we paid, the value was exceptional. The room was really nice and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly and went out of their way to help us, even with our limited Spanish. The location was great and we had a beautiful view of the city from our room.
