I had the pleasure of staying in room #405, which had a balcony and all the amenities I could ask for. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of exploring. I particularly enjoyed spending time at the pools, where they played energetic house music all day long. The private beach was also a highlight, complete with palapas, lounge chairs, and umbrellas. The beach bar served excellent food and drinks, making it the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. The staff at the hotel provided exceptional service, always with a smile and ready to assist with anything I needed. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The gym and spa facilities were top-notch, allowing me to maintain my fitness routine and indulge in some much-needed relaxation. my experience at Sls Cancun Hotel & Spa was nothing short of amazing, and I can't wait to return.

The only minor inconvenience I experienced during my stay was the hotel's location, which was about 20 - 25 minutes away from the most popular restaurants. The traffic in the area often caused delays, resulting in a longer commute back to the hotel after dinner.

This hotel is a luxurious and exclusive venue that fulfilled all my needs for a relaxing vacation. the spa & wellness centre, with its sauna and outdoor heated swimming pool, offered me an exceptional experience. the beach access was amazing, with sun loungers and beach umbrellas ready for my use. the massage service was one of the best I've ever had, and the infinity pool was an unbeatable experience.

the rest of the room advantages were top-notch, with exclusive amenities and a relaxing atmosphere.

During my Thanksgiving stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the complementary fruit basket and bottle of wine waiting for me in my room. the location was ideal, being close to both the beach and popular shopping areas. the pool area was beautiful with plenty of comfortable seating for lounging.

The AC in my room was quite noisy and made it difficult to sleep soundly at night.
