The hotel had an attractive and stylish design, with decent room amenities. The cleaning staff, bartender, and security were all great, especially Diego. They were always helpful and attentive to any issues we had.

The hotel is perfectly located in the center of Playa del Carmen, just one block away from 5th Avenue. This allows us to easily explore the vibrant city and have access to all the shops, restaurants, and entertainment options nearby. our spacious room was clean and comfortable, providing us with a relaxing stay. The attentive staff made sure to accommodate our needs and provided us with an early check-in due to our heavy luggage.

There was a temporary power outage during our stay which affected the draft in our room, making it a bit uncomfortably warm between 11pm and 1am.

Soul Beach Luxury Boutique Hotel & Spa was the perfect place for my first week in Playa. It's located just a minute's walk from the main street, but far enough away for a peaceful sleep. The 24-hour security and friendly staff, especially Mercedes, made me feel safe and well taken care of. The hotel was spotlessly clean and provided all the necessary amenities. The pool area was beautiful and the overall vibe of the hotel was great. Despite some nearby construction noise, it didn't hinder my enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a centrally located and comfortable place to stay.

The room was nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and the location was convenient for exploring. We had a small issue with the shower, but the maintenance staff was quick to resolve it. we had a pleasant stay.

The hotel offers outstanding amenities including a spa, pool and comfortable rooms. The staff, including the manager Arturo, front desk representative Mary, and the restaurant/bar team of Sebastián, Aurora, and Diego. The housekeeping staff, Juanita and Anita, maintain spotless rooms. The location is perfect, with the beach just a 5-minute walk away and 5th Avenue right outside the hotel. Additionally, there are a gym and a recreational park nearby.

During my stay, I encountered a problem with the AC. Although I couldn't adjust the temperature, the staff quickly addressed the issue and made sure I was comfortable. The shower water pressure was a bit low, but it didn't dampen my experience.

The hotel's central location was convenient, although it could get noisy at times.

We had an amazing time at our hotel! the complementary amenities were great- we enjoyed the rooftop pool and comfortable beds. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the action. We appreciated the late checkout and the staff even printed out our boarding passes for us.

The noise from construction was a bit disruptive- it was impossible to sleep past 7am. we had a great time and would definitely recommend it!
