The staff at the hotel were always trying to find a solution to any issues that arose during our stay. The view from the terrace was absolutely fantastic. The location of the hotel was perfect, with all amenities such as a pharmacy, coffee shop, frozen yogurt place, and bank all located on the same block. The hotel is also located on one of the best streets in the city, making it convenient for exploring.

The beds in the hotel were a little small and uncomfortable, especially for taller guests like myself. The lack of built-in AC or heating made the room a bit uncomfortable, but the staff did provide fans and heaters upon request.

I had such a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is unbeatable, right on the Reforma main boulevard, in the heart of the city. It was so convenient to explore the other tourist spots in the area, like the Chapulepec Park with all the museums. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with daily cleaning service provided. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I was impressed by their bilingual abilities. Additionally, the hotel facilities were great, and I especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace with its incredible views.

I got amazing value for my money at Suites Capri Reforma Angel 380. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with new appliances and furniture. The location was fantastic, right on the Reforma with lots of nearby restaurants and a short walk to Chapulepec Park. The staff were helpful, especially the one who spoke English. I would definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at a hotel with a fantastic location, Suites Capri Reforma Angel 380. The staff was friendly and professional, and the room was exactly as described. I loved the shower, which had hot water and great water pressure. The suite even had a balcony with a great view. The cleanliness of the room and the functionality of the bathroom and kitchen were impressive. The WiFi signal was strong, which made it easy for me to work. The common area on the top floor was also a highlight, with tables and a stunning view.
