The air conditioning control panel does not respond well!!! The windows don't seal properly, allowing outside noise to invade!!! Unstable internet makes it hard to stay connected!!! Improvements in the payment processing system are desperately needed!!!

The location is fantastic! Just a block from Reforma, making it easy to explore the city. The room was clean and cozy, with a decent amount of space for our family.

The location is truly ideal, surrounded by a variety of restaurants offering everything from Mexican to Italian cuisine. The large suite provided ample space for our family, with a well-equipped kitchenette that made meals easy.

Unfortunately, our stay was marred by some inconveniences. The Wi-Fi connection was spotty at times, and during our stay, the shower fluctuated between cold and hot unexpectedly. Additionally, the towels felt quite rough.

During my stay, I loved that the hotel was just a few steps away from the vibrant Diana the Huntress Fountain and only a short stroll to Chapultepec Castle, making it super convenient for my city walks and explorations. plus, with plenty of great dining options just around the corner, I found it easy to enjoy local cuisine between landmark visits.

this hotel is super close to reforma, like just a block away! there's so many restaurants around so u can eat good food all day. the suites are really big and the kitchenette is a lifesaver for making snacks. the staff is nice and friendly, which makes ur stay more comfy. also, there’s some good security at the lobby so it feels safe.

but the windows don’t seal well so at night u can hear the music from the restaurants below. The wifi was kinda spotty at times.

Request a room away from the street for a quieter experience and to reduce noise from nearby nightlife.

i loved my stay at suites del angel! the room was super spacious, and the kitchenette was handy for snacks. it’s just two blocks from the angel of independence, surrounded by a ton of restaurants. the staff were incredibly friendly, which made everything even better.
