We had a great time at this hotel during Christmas! the staff were friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. the cooking class was one of the best experiences we had - the chef took us to the local market and taught us how to grill lobster and make traditional Balinese food. It was a unique and delicious activity! the hotel is also in a great location, with easy access to the beach and pool. We loved spending time by the water and enjoying the beautiful surroundings.

There were a few things that could have been improved. while we enjoyed our time at the hotel, there were a few aspects that could have been better.

Located in a quiet area on a lovely beach, this resort offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with authentic Balinese decor. The staff is welcoming and friendly, providing excellent service. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast in the closed serving area, and there are plenty of facilities available, including a beautiful pool and a private beach.

The pool bar drinks are a bit expensive.

The Bali Tropic Resort & Spa is a quiet oasis close to the beach. It offers beautifully appointed rooms and cottages, a lovely pool, and a relaxing common area. The property is sun-drenched during the day and beautifully lit in the evenings. The staff is very friendly and the manager pays great attention to detail. The hotel gardens are amazing and the beach is quiet and peaceful. There are plenty of loungers available, both on the beach and under the trees near the beach and restaurant. The rooms are spacious and traditional, with a lovely balcony that includes an egg chair and day bed. it's a great place to relax and enjoy the beach.

Felt exceptional, nothing to complain about.

We loved the huge selection of fresh and tasty breakfast items. The pool was perfect and clean. Our room had a huge and spacious bathroom. We enjoyed the bike rental option. Opposite the hotel is a 24/7 super store. The hotel is a world of peace and serenity. We even received complimentary fruits in our room. we had a beautiful and relaxing stay at this amazing hotel.

We stayed at this luxurious hotel for a week and were blown away by the exclusive amenities. the service was exceptional, and the Spa & wellness center was a real treat. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and the sun terrace, which offered an array of sun loungers and beach umbrellas. the garden area was meticulously maintained and provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation.

The only minor issue we experienced was the lack of entertainment options. While the live entertainment was enjoyable, there was no other form of entertainment available, such as a bar/lounge area or snack bar.

We had a fantastic stay at this beachfront hotel. The location was away from the busy areas of Bali but close enough for a day trip for shopping or brunching. The hotel facilities were outstanding, including a good swimming pool. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, making us feel welcomed and respected. The breakfast offered a fair selection for everyone. the hotel provided a relaxing stay before we flew out from Bali.

our valentine's day stay at the resort in nusa dua was exceptional. the beachfront location, delicious food, and friendly staff exceeded our expectations. everything from the traditional bali dance performance to the clean and cool rooms made our experience unforgettable.

Reception staff were unhelpful and check-in was a hassle.

Our new year stay was amazing! We were delighted with the two complementary cocktails upon arrival and the free shuttle service to the nearby beach. the location was perfect, close to all the tourist spots and yet secluded enough for us to enjoy some peace and quiet. the pool was sparkling clean and we enjoyed long swims all day long. It was so much fun!

The breakfast buffet was not up to the mark, with limited vegetarian options. Nevertheless, the reception team was always happy to help us with our requests.

The food at Bali Tropic Resort & Spa - CHSE Certified was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. I especially loved the breakfast spread with a wide variety of options including pancakes, brownies, fruits, and omelettes. The buffet in the afternoon and night was incredible, with tenderloin steak for only 7 euros and lobsters for 15 euros. The pool bar staff were lovely and had great personalities, providing excellent service. The receptionists were quick and efficient during check-in. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with a big bath looking out into the bedroom. The resort had a beautiful swimming pool and the overall hospitality was top-notch. The moji bar had reasonable prices, like 1.20 euros per coke. I was truly impressed with the kindness, helpfulness, and politeness of the staff. I had a great holiday at this amazing place. I highly recommend this resort.

Although the resort was amazing, there were a few minor drawbacks. The speed of the internet could be improved, and the cost of cocktails was a bit high.
