Amazing staff, exceptional service, breathtaking views, fantastic snorkeling, spacious and clean rooms, great pool and beach area.

We had a great time at Suites Turquesa! the view from our balcony was absolutely stunning, with serene turquoise waters stretching out before us. the snorkeling right off the property was some of the best we've experienced in Cozumel. the kitchen was well-equipped, and the large counter worked perfectly as a standup desk for those of us who also needed to work. Housekeeping was available twice a week, and we appreciated the 5-gallon garrafon of purified water and ice cube trays in the freezer. the small, friendly community of guests made for enjoyable happy hours by the pool. a peaceful and picturesque spot to enjoy the beauty of Cozumel.

The location was splendid, with an amazing view of the sea and opportunity to swim with stingrays. The staff were super friendly, helpful, and always ready to answer questions. Easy access to snorkeling, great diversité of fish. Conveniently close to town, stores, and restaurants. Outstanding views from the balcony.

All was great, nothing to complain about.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to snorkeling and beautiful views. the staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us early check-in and late departure. the hotel also provided free parking for those with a hire car, which was convenient.

The room we initially booked did not live up to our expectations. It lacked direct access to sunlight, making it feel like a basement.

Likes the location of the hotel, just a 10-minute walk into town. Even though there wasn't a beach, the loungers on the man-made sand along the waters edge were nice. The quick access to the sea via steps was convenient. The swimming pool by the waters edge was a unique touch, and the view of the turquoise ocean was simply amazing.

Disliked the fact that our room didn't have any windows. It felt like a large store room that was converted into a bedroom.

We had a small issue with the lock on our first day, which caused us to be locked out of our room for a few hours. However, the staff at Suites Turquesa was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They even allowed us to check out later on our last day. The view from our suite was absolutely stunning, with the coral reef right in front of us. We enjoyed snorkeling and seeing all the beautiful fish and corals. The pool was fantastic, and we loved lounging by it while gazing out at the turquoise ocean. The apartment was clean and well-equipped, although the kitchen could use a few more utensils and equipment. Despite these minor drawbacks, we had a wonderful stay at Suites Turquesa and would highly recommend it. we were impressed with the location, amenities, and friendly staff.

The Swimmingpool was great, turquoise ocean view, snorkeling right in front, lovely sealife and corals, comfortable loungers and umbrellas.

The best aspects of my xmas vacation at this hotel were the snorkeling opportunities right off the property and the stunning sunset views from the balcony. Being able to explore the colorful sealife and coral reefs in the crystal-clear turquoise waters was truly a wonderful experience. Additionally, relaxing on the balcony and watching the sun set over the ocean was simply breathtaking.

The worst aspect of my stay was the outdated property. the overall condition of the hotel was not up to par, with drab walls and a lack of decoration throughout.

This hotel offers great value for money with affordable prices and attention to detail. Its location just outside of town center is perfect - not too busy, but close enough to walk to restaurants. The hotel is right on the ocean, offering great snorkeling opportunities. The staff provides excellent service and the rooms come with sufficient kitchen utensils for a comfortable stay.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and check out late. Snorkeling right from the hotel was mind-blowing. Excellent balcony with jaw-dropping ocean view. Location quiet, away from the hustle. Pool overlooking the ocean was super. Staff exceptionally friendly, check-in/check-out easy.
