the service at this so-called hotel was beyond disappointing. not only was the wifi absolutely useless, but the toilet in my room didn’t flush, and I woudl ve been gracious enough for a free upgrade, but no one seemed to care. experiencing loud nightclub music until 4am was just the cherry on top of this disaster, really.

Here’s the good and the not-so-good

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed! Additionally, the pool area is decent and provides a great place to relax after a day of exploring.

Unfortunately, the loud nightclub across the street made it tough to get a good night's sleep, especially on weekends. Also, the room decor feels dated and could use some updating.

I absolutely loved the lovely pool and the fantastic beach access right on Zicatela beach! The amazing breakfast fueled my adventures throughout the day. Plus, the closed underground parking was a huge bonus for our family's convenience.

Great Location but Prepare for Noise!

I loved the central beach strip location, making it easy to explore local restaurants. However, the loud music from a nearby disco made sleeping challenging. I recommend bringing earplugs for weekends! Also, a better breakfast option would enhance the experience.

Just a prime choice for a couple of nights in Puerto Escondido with the best value for money ratio. The air conditioning worked perfectly and kept us cool throughout our stay, which was a big plus. Try to grab a room with a balcony for a nice view of the pool and ocean.

This place suits me perfectly. It has free wi-fi in public areas, outdoor swimming pool, and 24-hour reception. During my first stay, the staff helped me with local info, and they are always friendly and helpful. I recommend trying the bar/lounge area for relaxing drinks.
