The location of Alondra was perfect, right on the water. I loved waking up to the beautiful ocean view from my back porch. The Monday through Thursday crowd was just right, not too crowded. The staff were quick to fix any issues, like when I initially got the wrong room but they resolved it efficiently. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The air conditioning was great, and I had complete control over it throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel by the beach. The location was perfect, right in the center of the village and just steps away from the beautiful beach. I thoroughly enjoyed soaking up the sun and listening to the crashing waves all day and night. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, particularly Julio, Memo, and Rosie. They made me feel truly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The room I stayed in was recently updated with modern amenities, including a fridge upon my request. I also appreciated the variety of English-speaking TV channels available for when I wanted to relax in the room. The view of the ocean from my room was simply breathtaking. the Alondra Hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making my stay here truly memorable.

Clean room, comfy bed, amazing ocean view. Enjoyed our stay and would book again. Access to amenities was great. Overlooking the ocean, the beach club balcony room had fantastic views of sunsets and moonsets. Perfect location if you want to be in the center of town, but it can get noisy.

There were also plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making it convenient for me to explore the area. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a nice marble-tiled bathroom.

I did notice that the television reception was not good, which was a bit disappointing.

Food and drinks are available on-site and there is a variety of recreational activities to choose from. Safe area for walking around at night. Large pool, but it is not heated.

We loved having a balcony overlooking the main street and a partial ocean view. The location was perfect, right in downtown Barra de Navidad and with a pool just across the street and a beautiful beach right there. The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome. The hotel was exceptionally clean, with everything washed daily. We felt safe walking around the area at night. a fantastic experience.
