Great location near the beach and Aldeburgh high street. Lovely walks to Thorpeness and Sizewell. The Red House, Snape, and Sutton Hoo worth visiting. Picturesque town with Maggie Hambling's scallop sculpture.

We had a wonderful romantic escape at this hotel. the location was perfect as it was close to the sea, and we enjoyed long walks on the beach. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the surrounding area. We appreciated the complimentary bottles of water and the free tea and coffee in the room. the restaurant offered delicious food, and we were impressed by the extensive wine list.

There were a few shortcomings that detracted from our experience. parking was difficult to find, and we had to park quite far away from the hotel.
