I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The apartment was very nice and clean, with a large balcony and a beautiful ocean view. The staff, especially Miguel from Bric, was incredibly helpful and assisted with everything from booking taxis to restaurant recommendations. The hotel facilities, including the swimming pool and Jacuzzi, were well-maintained and enjoyable. The location was perfect, very close to the beach and within walking distance of 5th street, where there are plenty of restaurants and stores. I had a great experience and would definitely book this hotel again if I return to this city.

We were disappointed with a few aspects of our stay. the apartment itself did not meet our expectations, with furniture and overall quality varying across the different apartments in the complex.

Well-equipped apartment with 2 bathrooms, comfortable beds, and ocean view. Nice and big swimming pool with good Jacuzzi. Clean and well-maintained. Helpful staff, refunded and provided transportation to another property with a pool due to construction. Nice private beach close by, near restaurants and stores. Loved it!

This place was exceptional. The location was never busy and there were tons of eateries and restaurants around. It was a very clean and convenient place to stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They promptly went to fix any issues we had. The amenities were great, including a laundry service and airport shuttle. The room had everything we needed, like an ironing board and a coffee maker. We also enjoyed the outdoor facilities, like the swimming pool and jacuzzi. it was a wonderful experience.

The hotel is in a great location, with local restaurants and a public beach nearby. The staff at this place were amazing and provided excellent service. The amenities, including a spa and outdoor swimming pool, were fantastic. The beach access was a plus, and I enjoyed relaxing on the sun loungers and beach umbrellas. The room was fully furnished with everything I needed, and I appreciated the welcome drink. I had a wonderful experience here.

Great ocean view and private beach access with a nice pool. the location was convenient for walking to local shops and restaurants. the staff was very polite and helpful in any requests.

The facilities were worn out and poorly maintained. Some of the kitchen utensils and appliances were outdated, and they charged us extra for basic amenities.

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful condo in Playa del Carmen. The units at Elements Oceanfront & Beachside Condo are spacious and well-appointed, perfect for families or small groups. The condo I stayed in had a large balcony furnished with comfortable seating, providing a lovely place to relax and enjoy the beach views.

Although the condo is located in a quieter area of Playa del Carmen, I found it to be an advantage. It was a nice escape from the bustling city center, with plenty of local shops and restaurants nearby.
