The hotel's location is ideal, being situated within walking distance to Mall of the Emirates and surrounded by plenty of eateries & supermarkets. Metro stations are accessible from both sides, offering convenient transportation and connecting to other parts of the city.

Some facilities such as the gym and pool hours could be improved.

The hotel offers a beautiful open courtyard with panoramic views, allowing guests to feel connected to nature. Walking distance from the metro and a stunning view of the Burj Arab from the pool deck. The hotel also provides a bus shuttle service to Bluewaters.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location is great, just a few minutes from a metro station on the red line and within walking distance to Mall of the Emirates. The service was exceptional, with 24-hour room service, car hire, laundry, and even a doctor on call. The room amenities were fantastic, with in-room air conditioning, hair dryer, sink, free toiletries. We also enjoyed the dining options available, including a restaurant, snack bar, and bar/lounge area.

We had an amazing celebration event at Holiday Inn – Al Barsha. The staff was professional and supportive, and the Indian cuisine was delicious. The location was convenient, with easy access to the metro and Mall of Emirates. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, close to public transportation and a large shopping center with plenty of dining and entertainment options. Spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds and pillows. Friendly and efficient staff that make you feel welcome. Good breakfast selection with appetizing options. Rooftop bar offers mesmerizing views of nearby landmarks.

The food experience was outstanding! The variety of cuisines offered was amazing and the presentation and taste were top notch. We also appreciated the great breakfast and two complementary facts. The location was perfect and easy walking distance to many attractions. The staff was hardworking and discreet, creating a great atmosphere.

Our room was very noisy, with a view overlooking a motorway. We had to be moved, but still experienced disturbance multiple times during the night from staff talking and cleaning with doors open despite our complaints to reception.
