During my recent stay at Krystal, I had the best dining experience at the Skyfire buffet. The selection of dishes was impressive, and the quality of the food was outstanding. However, what truly made this meal memorable was the exceptional service provided by Delia and Guermo. Their delightful personalities and attentive nature made me feel welcomed and taken care of. It was truly a wonderful dining experience that I won't forget.

This hotel is a luxurious venue that offers exclusive amenities that cater to guests' needs. the service is excellent, and the staff provides great attention. the Spa and wellness centre are exceptional, with an array of services that range from massages to body treatments. the Outdoor swimming pool is excellent, with great poolside service. the restaurant is excellent, with various dining options, and the bar/lounge area is welcoming and spacious.

The internet connection in the rooms is very poor, and there were issues with connecting. the public areas have better Wi-Fi connection, making up for this minor inconvenience.

The database staff is extremely accommodating. Saul at the bar pool went over and above for my daughter and myself. Lots of food options with a variety of restaurants and buffets.

Spending Xmas at an all-inclusive adult-only resort was the best decision ever. We loved the complementary cocktail upon arrival, and the refreshing hand towel. the hotel was conveniently located close to the airport, which meant less transfer time and more beach time for us. the variety of food options, especially for pescatarians and vegetarians, was impressive. loved the daily entertainment shows that kept us engaged and entertained.

The wifi only being available in public areas and not in the rooms was a downside. the food was good, but some dishes were a bit bland and lacked spice.

We had a wonderful experience at the Hacienda! the rooms were spacious and well-equipped, and the staff was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. the pool area and gardens were beautiful, creating a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. the food options were varied and catered to different dietary preferences, which was a pleasant surprise. All drinks, including tasty wine, were included, adding to the overall value of our stay. We highly recommend the Hacienda at Hilton Puerto Vallarta for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, with easy access to both the beach and the downtown area. You can take a leisurely stroll down the palms to reach the Mexican restaurant, where you can enjoy delicious meals. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with a balcony offering breathtaking views. The staff provide exceptional service, ensuring that your needs are met. Moreover, the breakfast options are varied and satisfying. Additionally, the hotel boasts a beautiful swimming pool and a sushi bar, perfect for relaxing and indulging in tasty treats.

The lack of air conditioning in the restaurants can be uncomfortable for both the servers and the guests.

I stayed at the Hacienda for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was beautiful with an in-suite pool, and the cleanliness was top-notch. Being able to access both resorts was a major plus, and the breakfast at the Hacienda was superb. The beach was just a short walk away, and the main pool bar had a fun and friendly bartender. The rooftop pool bar on the Hilton side was also a highlight with great views and delicious sushi.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and we were impressed with the quality of our room. The location was convenient, being close to the airport, and the staff treated us well throughout our stay.

Food for breakfast could be improved with a wider variety of options.

As youngsters, we loved the spacious rooms with comfortable beds and the option to enjoy a terrace room with a jacuzzi. The pool area was fantastic with plenty of pool loungers and umbrellas. The staff provided amazing service, and the food at the a la carte restaurants and buffets was of great quality. We particularly enjoyed the French restaurant and the lamb chops in a red wine reduction. The nightly entertainment shows were a highlight, including an acrobatic show, traditional Mexican dancing, a Michael Jackson show, and carnival-style games. The hotel really aims to please, and we were impressed with our stay.
