The food was lekker! Especially loved the lamb chops at that French place, absolute jol! Staff were super friendly, especially that boet Daniel at the pool—knew what we wanted straight away. The rooftop sushi spot was a highlight too, gorgeous view of the bay!

The hotel's a bit dated, could use a few more towel hangers in the bathroom, you know?

i previously stayed in puerto vallarta and krystal exceeded my expectations during this city break. the pools were quiet and lush, providing a perfect atmosphere for relaxation. the food was a highlight, especially the lamb chops at the french restaurant, which were absolutely delicious.

the check-in process took over an hour.

I absolutely loved my short stay at the hotel! The Deluxe Resort View King room was stunning, and the staff, especially Daniel and Maribel, went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. Relaxing by the outdoor swimming pool with beach access was just what I needed to unwind!

However, some areas need improvement. The beds felt smaller than expected, and the bar selection was lacking. We also encountered delays at check-in, which could be better organized.

Loved chilling by the pool and enjoying the nightly live music, which really set the vibe. The spa offered some top-notch relaxation with amazing body scrubs and a steam room that left me feeling rejuvenated. Just wished the check-in process was a bit quicker, but overall, a fantastic stay! 😊

Our three-night stay started strong with some delicious meals, especially the lamb chops at the French restaurant. However, we faced multiple issues with our Junior Suite, from a leaking fridge to cleanliness concerns. Make sure to check your room before settling in to ensure a relaxing vacation!

Enjoyed free wi-fi by the pool but the restaurant service was slow at times.

The Junior Suite had all the bells and whistles—air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom with free toiletries, and even a hot tub! The outdoor pool was amazing, and the spa had body treatments and a soothing steam room. The food was top-notch, especially the lamb chops at the French restaurant. Waking up to that view was just wow!

I stayed in the Junior Suite with Private Pool and was really disappointed. The room had stains on the couches and the bedside table looked rusty. I asked for a new room, but it wasn't much better. The upgrade cost an extra $850! The noise from a wedding outside kept my daughter awake. Not a chill vacation at all.

The room service was superb (always on time! ), and the staff were really friendly & helpful! The outdoor swimming pool was lovely for relaxing after a long day. I appreciated the tours/ticket assistance for our excursions! Definitely a pleasant vibe here! 😊
