The location was perfect, right in the center of the action. This place is literally feet from the main avenue with plenty of restaurants and maybe two minutes walk to the beach. We loved how convenient it was to be right in the center of shopping and restaurants. It was the best, very close to all good restaurants, parties, and the beach. The staff were great and very kind, they were lovely and patient, especially Mario and Sandra. This hotel is very service-oriented, starting with the team at the reception. They were always ready to assist and make our stay enjoyable. The room amenities were excellent, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

We had an amazing stay at a hotel located right in the centre of Playa del Carmen. The location was perfect, close to the action but on a side street for more discretion. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and super clean with quality fittings and a comfortable bed. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always with a smile. The free breakfast offered a great variety and was the perfect way to start the day. The rooftop pool and bar were a haven to relax and enjoy the views.

The hotel did experience some noise from the neighboring bars and discos at night.

We had a great stay! The location was perfect, close to the beach and lots of great restaurants. The staff was wonderful and made us feel at home. They offered car hire and had great room service. Our room was lovely, with a relaxing balcony and nice amenities. The rooftop pool and terrace were amazing and had great views of the area.

We wish the staff could have been a bit more helpful with customer service, but overall this place is perfect for a family vacation.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure our every need was met throughout our entire stay. The facilities were top-notch and impeccably maintained. The breakfast included was simply amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. And the rooftop pool area was absolutely marvelous, providing breathtaking views and a relaxing atmosphere.

I had an incredible stay at The Palm! The room was spacious and comfortable, and the rooftop pools and bar were absolutely amazing. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and near some great dining options. The staff at The Palm were the real gems though. From the helpful concierge, Sandra, to the friendly greeters, front desk staff, and waiters at Aroma Cilantro, everyone made us feel welcome and taken care of. Special shoutout to our rooftop bartender, Angel, who always made us smile. a beautiful hotel with exceptional service.

The hotel lacked proper security measures. Despite using the safe in our room to protect our money and credit cards, we were robbed.

The service in the restaurant was subpar, with rude and disorganized staff. It was frustrating to have to repeatedly ask for simple requests such as a straw or drinks, and waiting for extended periods of time.
