Our stay at Quetzal Bed & Breakfast was simply amazing! The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to the bus station, beach, supermarket, and delicious restaurants. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a wide variety of options. The pool and open spaces were great for relaxing and working. The staff, especially Monica, were incredibly welcoming and friendly. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel with a Mexican ambiance, away from the crowded hotel zone. Friendly and helpful owner, Monica, who goes above and beyond to assist guests. Beautiful pool and rooftop rest area with hammocks and a nice view of Cancun. Great location, only a 3-minute walk to Parque Las Palapas with food markets and local atmosphere. Delicious and satisfying breakfast included. Ground floor rooms with garden/pool view are the best option

I had a wonderful stay at the Quetzal Bed & Breakfast. The room was clean and ready upon my arrival, with water provided and the air conditioning turned on. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I loved having a cute little balcony. The hosts, Monika and Alberto, were amazing. They were kind and flexible, allowing me to check in early and giving me a late check out. Monika even made me a delicious vegan breakfast. The location was perfect, with a short and safe walk to the ADO station and the main center park. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in Cancun.

I had a fantastic stay at Quetzal Bed & Breakfast in Cancun. the hotel was run by lovely people who were attentive and kind. the room was comfortable and clean, with a wonderful bed. the breakfast provided was delicious, and I especially enjoyed the calm music playing in the background. the hotel's location was perfect, situated next to a park and plaza where locals gather in the evening. There were also great restaurants nearby with amazing prices.

I couldn't believe the value for money I got at Quetzal Bed & Breakfast. The room was absolutely adorable with high ceilings and beautiful windows, perfect for working or sleeping. The location was superb, right in the heart of downtown next to an amazing food court at Parque las Palapas. Monica, the host, was incredibly helpful and made me feel safe and well taken care of.

As someone traveling alone, I loved the welcoming and friendly host, Monica. The rooftop with views of the park was perfect for daybreak and the pool was immaculate at night. The room had beautiful high ceilings and windows, and was comfortable for both work and sleep. The attention to detail was impressive. The location was ideal, making me feel safe and well taken care of.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the rooms and common areas always spotless. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the 24-hour open pool which we thoroughly enjoyed. The location was perfect, being close to everything we needed, including the ADO bus station and the vibrant city center. quetzal bed & breakfast exceeded my expectations during my recent stay in cancun. the warm and welcoming staff made me feel right at home, and the attention to detail, like providing adapters for plugs, really impressed me. the included breakfast was a huge plus. i loved every minute of my time at quetzal and will definitely be back.
