We had a fantastic experience at the Holiday Inn in Kunming. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and were always willing to help. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to downtown Kunming and major roads. Despite a few minor issues with the food and service, overall we had a great stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I really liked the convenient location. It was easy to access transportation and nearby sites, stores, and theaters. the staff was courteous and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. Additionally, the rooms were luxurious, spacious, and very clean, creating a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere.

The comfortable beds were a welcome change after a string of hard beds in China. The room was spacious and the breakfast selection was impressive, including both Western and Chinese options. The swimming pool was a great addition, perfect for some exercise or relaxation. Lastly, dinner at the Thai restaurant was fantastic and highly recommended.

The concierge was also very helpful, assisting us in changing rooms when we had an issue with the air conditioning. The location of the hotel was convenient, with a short walk to Dongfeng Square and nearby shopping malls.
