We had a fantastic experience at the Holiday Inn in Kunming. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and were always willing to help. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to downtown Kunming and major roads. Despite a few minor issues with the food and service, overall we had a great stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I really liked the convenient location. It was easy to access transportation and nearby sites, stores, and theaters. the staff was courteous and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. Additionally, the rooms were luxurious, spacious, and very clean, creating a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere.

I was disappointed with the restaurant experience. the service was slow, with drinks taking over 30 minutes to arrive.

The large, clean and comfortable room on the 20th floor provided a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The beds were especially comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff were exceptionally helpful, providing us with all the necessary information for sightseeing and even writing down details in Chinese for our bus journey. The breakfast offered a great variety of both Western and Chinese food options. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in the future.
