The balcony hot tub comfortably fits two people. Good, diverse food and awesome pools. Friendly staff, amazing view, and beautiful, well-maintained grounds. Kids club is a great mix of indoor/outdoor activities. Clean beach, quality food and drinks, and a comfortable room.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were great and friendly, always ready to assist us with any requests. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with big spacious rooms and a swim-up bar. The breakfast buffet was perfect, offering a wide range of choices. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to the Haciendas, info desk attendants, and spa services. the cleanliness and hygiene were impeccable.

The staff at the resort were outstanding - friendly, attentive, and made us feel special. The pool and beach area were well-maintained and provided a perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. The buffet had a wide variety of options and the food quality was good. The yoga classes in the morning were a great way to start the day.

One drawback was the issue with reserving beach chairs. People would claim them early in the morning, leaving none available later in the day.

Our stay at this resort was worth every penny. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, although it could use a modern touch. The location was perfect, with direct beach access and beautiful views. The staff treated us with friendliness and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

Wonderful Family Resort

We've been coming here for 10 years and it just keeps getting better! The resort is absolutely beautiful and perfect for families. We loved the addition of complimentary tea and coffee with cookies in the members' lounge. Alfredo Salvatierra was always there to chat and make sure we had everything we needed. It was truly a delightful experience!

We had a blast as friends who love going out at nights! The resort had great facilities, including a beachfront location, delicious food, and top-notch service.

Our family spent seven days at this amazing resort. The food was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options at the buffet. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, especially Moises, Edgar, and Alexis at the pool grill. The facilities were spotless, including the clean and warm pools. The resort offered a plethora of activities for kids and had all the necessary sports equipment. The all-inclusive package was worth it, with no hidden charges. The complimentary bus to town was a nice touch. We can't wait to come back!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities were outstanding. The location of the hotel was perfect, right on a beautiful Caribbean beach and just steps away from all the suites. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The beachfront location of the hotel was absolutely stunning. I loved being able to step right onto the sand and go for a swim in the crystal clear water. The resort also had two beautiful pools, one with a swim-up bar, which was a great place to relax and enjoy a drink. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure that we had everything we needed.

There were a few issues that detracted from my overall experience. the rooms were a bit outdated and could use some renovations.
