Nothing could have been better.

I had a wonderful stay at this budget-friendly hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of the village with several restaurants within walking distance. One amazing restaurant, Caldeiras e Vulcões, was just a stone's throw away. It was also easy to explore the attractions in the area. The room was nice and clean, and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from. a great experience.

There was a slight smell of damp in the room, which disappeared when the air conditioning was turned on.

They assisted us in planning activities and were always available to answer any questions we had. the rooms were clean and comfortable, offering a nice balcony to enjoy the afternoon sunshine. the breakfast spread was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh fruits, breads, and local cheeses to choose from. It was a great way to start the day.

While the hotel had many positive aspects, there were a couple of things that could have been improved. the sound insulation between the rooms was not the best, which meant we could hear our neighbors' activities at times.

Our stay at Vale Verde was fantastic! The room was clean and cozy, perfect for the two of us. The location couldn't have been better, with plenty of great restaurants and bars nearby, and attractions like the "Upside down house" just a short walk away. The staff, especially the owner's son, went above and beyond to make our trip memorable, helping us plan our hiking trips and ensuring our comfort. The strong WiFi and charming balcony were delightful bonuses.

The breakfast could have been improved with some yogurt. However, the coffee was delicious, and overall it was a decent spread.

There were plenty of good restaurants and cozy bars within walking distance. the room was clean and although not large, it was adequate for two people. We especially enjoyed the balcony, which provided a nice place to relax. the breakfast buffet was basic but fulfilling, with some delicious local specialties. Vale Verde offered good value for the price compared to other accommodations in the area.

We recently stayed at Vale Verde and had a wonderful experience. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. the rooms, although small, were clean and well-equipped. We were especially impressed with the pillow menu in our room, allowing us to choose the perfect pillow for a good night's sleep. the location of the hotel in a small village with a beautiful botanical garden and a huge thermal pool nearby made it a truly unique and relaxing destination. Plus, there were plenty of shops and restaurants in the area, making it convenient for us to explore and dine out. the breakfast provided was more than adequate, with a variety of options to choose from, including delicious local specialties.

our weekend trip to furnas was made even better thanks to a stay at this lovely family-run hotel. rui and his family went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and gave us great recommendations for exploring the island. the clean rooms, fast internet, and beautiful countryside view from our balcony were the icing on the cake. highly recommend vale verde!
