I just came back from a fantastic stay at a beachfront property in Playa Del Carmen. the staff at the hotel, especially our butler Fredrico, were exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. the selection of food options was amazing, from casual snacks to elegant a la carte dinners. We loved stopping by Cafe Aroma multiple times a day for delicious coffee, gelato, and quick bites. the craft cocktails at the Game Room bar were a highlight, and we enjoyed playing games while sipping on our drinks. the location of the resort was extremely convenient, just a few steps away from the town center. We also appreciated the availability of WiFi everywhere, including the beach. And the view from our oceanfront room overlooking the beach and sunrises was breathtaking.

This was our second stay in just 7 months and we couldn't be happier with our experience at the resort. the beauty of the resort is only surpassed by the incredible staff who went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing time. A special mention goes to Edith, Rebecca, and Fredy at El Mediterraneo Restaurant, who remembered our preferences and made our dining experience personalized. the food at Maria Marie was delicious and the service was impeccable. We were also impressed by the extensive wine list and the knowledgeable sommelier. the rooms were spotless and well-appointed, and we enjoyed the excellent coffee and snacks at the coffee shop. There were plenty of sun lounges and poolside beds available, with no hassle for towels. the quiet pool and the bars near the Coffee House and El Mediterraneo were our favorite spots. we were impressed by Hilton's management and hope they continue to value their amazing staff.

hilton playa del carmen was the perfect choice for our holiday. the staff was accommodating and quick to fix any issues. the location was convenient and there was plenty to do both on and off the resort. the food choices were excellent and the overall experience made us feel at home.

Construction noise was distracting.

The service at this resort was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff. The pool activities were fun and brought guests together. The room was spacious and comfortable. The food was delicious, with the Asiana restaurant being a favorite among guests. The beach, although inaccessible due to seaweed, was not missed as the pool area was enjoyable.

There were a couple of negatives during the stay. The bar staff seemed to expect tips before providing service, which could be off-putting.

I recently stayed at Hilton in Playa and had an amazing experience. The food options were fantastic, especially the Maria Marie restaurant and the traditional Mexican place. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the maid service was top-notch. The entertainment staff was outstanding, providing excellent activities and entertainment throughout the day. I had a fabulous vacation thanks to Hilton.

I had an amazing time at Hilton. The staff at The Spice restaurant, especially Stefany and Yaremy, made the dining experience unforgettable. The resort's cleanliness was exceptional, and the pool area had great entertainment. Despite the ongoing renovations, the beach was well-maintained. I recommend this hotel.

My family and I had an amazing Christmas at this resort! the staff were absolutely fantastic, always friendly and welcoming. the food was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We especially loved the specialty cocktail bar, where the bartender taught us a lot and made amazing drinks. the location was also a major plus, as it was conveniently located near 5th Ave and had a beautiful beach just a short walk away. we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this resort.

One downside of our stay was the ongoing construction at the resort. It was quite noisy and disrupted our experience, especially in the first room we were assigned.

The moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and genuine smiles from the staff. The resort offered a plethora of activities and adventures that made our stay exciting and memorable. Whether it was snorkeling in the crystal-clear waters, exploring the vibrant nightlife of Playa del Carmen, or simply unwinding by the pool with a refreshing cocktail, we were never short of things to do. The Hilton Playa del Carmen provided an authentic and contemporary experience, allowing us to reconnect and create beautiful memories together.

For dads, it would be great to have more family-friendly amenities.

Great variety of dining options, all conveniently located. Attentive and friendly staff, always ready to assist guests. Spectacular nightly entertainment shows. Beach amenities and cleanliness exceed expectations. Central location offers easy access to local attractions and nightlife.

Absolutely great facility, wonderful food, artful presentation and wide variety. The staff is incredible and they never stop cleaning! Beautiful resort.

We had an amazing stay at Hilton! the main courtyard and pool area were beautiful, perfect for relaxing. Our spacious and clean room had a comfortable bed and a jacuzzi bath, which added to the experience. the on-site restaurants, bar areas, and cafe were all excellent, offering a variety of delicious food options. We enjoyed the on-site activities and the staff provided great recommendations for excursions. the proximity to town and the ferry to Cozumel was a big plus.

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at Hilton Playa Del Carmen. The staff was amazing from check-in to check-out, making us feel incredibly welcome. The Chef’s Plate restaurant provided a delicious and memorable dining experience. We were impressed with the effort the staff put into clearing the seaweed from the beach each day, ensuring it didn't impact our enjoyment. The breakfast papayas were a highlight, and we appreciated the warm greetings and excellent service from the staff. The spacious rooms were quiet and comfortable, with convenient amenities like a room safe and easy temperature control. The hotel's beach area was beautifully maintained, with minimal seaweed both on the beach and in the water.

My recent stay at the Hilton was simply amazing! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and pampered by the attentive staff. One particular highlight was the excellent service provided by my poolside server, Ezequiel. He was quick, attentive, and had great recommendations for drinks. Another standout was Marco, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of amazing. And a special shoutout to Luis, the navigator driver who made my last hour in Playa del Carmen enjoyable with his wonderful conversation. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean, and I loved the well-maintained gym and the tasty coffee at the connected coffee shop. I had an incredible vacation at the Hilton and can't wait to come back!
