Amazing beachfront spot with stunning views. The staff was super helpful, and the food service was quick. The breakfast was tasty too! The only thing that could use a bit of work is the room and hall decor; it felt a bit dated and needed some love. Still, the location and service definitely made up for it.

We had a fantastic stay at The Westin in Cancun! The location was perfect for a quiet and relaxing beach vacation. Our ground floor room with direct beach access was a real treat. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our breakfast and happy hour experiences special.

The hotel's location is a bit far but that's actually a plus, as it's cleaner and quieter. The clean beach allowed us to witness sea turtles at night and baby turtles in the morning. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety and fresh omelets. The room was spacious and Wi-Fi was reliable. The private beach was beautiful and beach towels were provided. The fitness center was top-notch and the staff was friendly. Sea & Stones restaurant had delicious seafood with an amazing sea view. Funny birds singing in the morning added to the great atmosphere. Iguanas in the garden excited the children.

We loved the surf and turf restaurant, great value and delicious food. Perfect for young families. The Royal Beach Club rooms were spacious and included breakfast and happy hour. Excellent service from the restaurant and bar staff by the pool. The staff at the hotel were outstanding, attentive and provided excellent entertainment. Temperature checks and health forms upon arrival, ensuring a safe and comfortable stay. Comfortable and clean rooms, with a nice pool area and well-maintained beach.

They provided excellent service, from the friendly waitstaff at breakfast to the attentive room service. The amenities were top-notch, with a spa and wellness center, outdoor swimming pool, and even a private beach. I especially enjoyed the delicious buffet breakfast and the poolside snack bar. The room itself was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. I was even delighted to find cute folded animals in my room every day!

The hotel also had plenty of pool and beach chairs available, so I always had a comfortable place to lounge. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious, and I especially loved the 2-for-1 happy hour at the pool bar from 5-6pm. The staff were generally helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its beautiful beach and great amenities.

The beach was vast and clean, not overcrowded. Two restaurants offered different price ranges, but an intermediate choice would be welcomed. The gym was available.

The hotel is a bit far from the city, but that's a good thing as it means the area is cleaner and quieter. The beach is cleaner and more relaxed, and we even got to see sea turtles on the beach at night. The hotel staff, especially Richie, were very helpful and dedicated. They helped us have a great experience and recommended places we shouldn't miss.

I recently stayed at a beautiful resort with a spectacular beach of turquoise water. The location was perfect and I enjoyed spending time on the nice beach. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast options were delicious and there were plenty of facilities to enjoy, including a club lounge for platinum and Titanium members from 4-6pm. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this resort.

The bar did not have my favorite Chardonnay available, which was a slight disappointment.

This hotel is excellent value for money, with well-maintained rooms and basic amenities, including clean beach towels and a fridge. The staff goes above and beyond, paying attention to details and offering local dishes for breakfast.
