the breakfast had an impressive variety of options. poolside vibes were relaxing with attentive staff around. everything about the beach access was perfect, especially the lovely loungers and umbrellas providing shade.

Wonderful staff made our stay enjoyable throughout.

The elevators were often out of order, causing significant delays in getting to our room. Additionally, my room had a broken shower door that was not repaired during my stay, leading to inconvenience. There were also issues with cleanliness, as I found the floors less than satisfactory and units like my air conditioner had visibly dirty filters.

Opt for a beach-facing room for stunning views and enjoy the breakfast buffet for a diverse selection. Don't miss the engaging daily activities led by enthusiastic staff.

A convenient stay at the start of the hotel strip made it easy to avoid traffic while accessing local sites. The breakfast buffet was impressive, featuring options like grilled salmon and omelets made to order, which contributed to a satisfying start to each day. However, the noise level was noticeable due to the lack of soundproofing in the rooms, and some amenities, like the water surfing platform, were not functional during the visit, which was disappointing.

first off, i was shocked to see that the outdoor showers were essentially miles away. also, i could hardly waddle to my room, which was at the end of a corridor that felt like a marathon. to top it all off, I woudl ve been thrilled with an upgrade, but apparently that luxury is for special people. just couldn’t give a good review.

the views from the room are breathtaking. the room smelled mildewy and needed repairs.

The kids loved the snorkeling trip to the coral reef, and we spent hours enjoying the sun by the beautiful beach. The staff was super friendly, with a special shoutout to Carlos for going the extra mile to celebrate my daughter's graduation!

My kids wished for more organized kids’ activities at night.

I had a great time, especially enjoying the pool activities with Alex and the amazing massages at the spa. However, the service at the restaurants was disappointing.

The breakfast buffet had a great variety (loved the made-to-order omelets! ). The staff was really attentive, especially at the beach bar. Plenty of activities to enjoy during the day!

Had a fantastic time! Our room was spacious and overlooked the beach. The breakfast buffet was amazing, especially the local tacos! Just beware of the long check-in wait.
